Capt. Sachin Sikka
Co-Founder, Managing Director & Maritime Compliance Lead
Capt. Sachin Sikka is a Master Mariner with sea experience on LNG, LPG, bulk and car carrier ships, having served with Petronet LNG, Wilhelmsen Ship Management, Varun Shipping and Bibby Ship Management.
He leads Synergetic's maritime compliance practice: SIRE 2.0, TMSA 3, RightShip and DryBMS readiness, VDR-based remote navigation audits and sailing audits. He has been instrumental in revamping 14 Safety Management Systems for large ship owners and managers.
He holds an MBA in International Trade from NMIMS and an Advanced Diploma in Shipping Management and Logistics.

Capt. Arjun Singh Kalra
Co-Founder & Maritime Technology Lead
Capt. Arjun Singh Kalra is a Master Mariner who sailed for 16 years on oil and chemical tankers and car carriers, rising to command.
He leads Synergetic's maritime technology. For more than a decade he has built high-end technology for ships, ship owners and managers, heading large technology teams that created the Marine X7 suite, including the Class and RightShip approved DigiMoor X7.
He served as Chairman of The Company of Master Mariners of India, Chandigarh Chapter (2021-23), and holds an MBA from NMIMS.
